Maybe it's not binary - maybe the Deep Seek situation sits somewhere in the middle : cannot be dismissed, but not necessarily an automatic gamechanger either..

@@DKellerCMT Agree - has to disrupt in short term, especially until we get more clarity on the details. That said, cannot rule out Trump making it very costly to use Deep Seek...

Nvidia just smacked both the 200-day and 40-week moving averages. That huge gap is tempting, but I think it'll dip more before bouncing back before their earnings report on Feb 26th. Broadcom's got two big gaps to close. Two big days are coming up. January needs to be positive for all four indices to suggest a good year. Good luck.

The applications being addressed by Nvidia/Meta/MSFT/Goog etc. are far above and beyond the 'chatGPT' and deep seek AI models. Its like comparing oranges to AAPLs 😆
