It means so much to hear the things you have to say- about the additional dysphoria we suffer, personally it's something I never hear and it really affirms and relieves me of alot of pressure, and to see you mirroring being aware of it really helps. Being given permission to feel what you feel, and only what you feel, is really important. Being trans* includes so much insecurity and even peer pressure which is crazy in our community. i agree 100% with this video. i dont have bottom dysphoria so ive decided not to pack or pump bc it is actually very easy to create a complex where there wasnt one

Somehow once I realized I had dysphoria it got a lot better. I don't think it's a permanent thing, but now that I know what is bothering me so much and causing depression, and I know it can be fixed, I feel so much better. Pretty sure it's just a nice wave and I'll be back down soon, but for now I'm happy :D
