They look amazing and I would run it in my car, I just don’t know how they feel compared to the oem brake pedal feel

I was surprised to see the price on this unit 😬 definitely cool though, I want one. Will have to work my way up to it.

So this could technically go on any vehicle with slight modification to the fore wall and maybe the bracket to connect to the brake pedal? Even trucks I'm assuming as well?

You gotta make a cabin relocation for the bias valve for an s14!! Asap!!! I know the single piston does but we need this for the dual!!

For anyone watching this that can't get the air out of the system: When I bench bled the master, I reinstalled on the car with the fluid still in it, removed the bleed lines and reinstalled the brake lines super fast so as not to let the cylinder run dry, bled the system and was able to get a good pedal. When emptying the master before reinstalling, I wasn't able to get a decent pedal after running a few liters of fluid through the system no matter which method i tried.
@bigdfitness50202 жыл бұрын
Why not "bench bleed" the master while it's installed on the car? Have a friend operate the brake pedal in the car while you bleed the master under the hood before hooking up the brake lines. Then hook up the brake lines and bleed the system like normal... That's how I did my clutch master recently.
@martymcsupafly22262 жыл бұрын
@@bigdfitness5020 I think doing it on the bench is just to confirm you're getting full travel of the piston as you're bleeding to make sure you get all of the air out.

Do you guys make a kit for my 92 VW Corrado SLC my ABS is going out. I hope so might have to do some mods but looks promising for what i need.

so i have this kit installed followed this video to a tee, but even after adjusting the bias i have it to where the car will brake but its significantly harder to do so. not like it claims on the website. what are some things i can do to make it easier
@ChaseBaysTV Жыл бұрын
It will be much different than stock and will take some getting used to, however we recommend using Hawk HP+ or EBC yellows or better for brake pads and for fluid we recommend Motul 600.

Hey does any of these kits have a 80mm wide x 60mm tall bolt pattern to the firewall? I have a suzuki with a 80x60mm booster bolt pattern and would like to use one of these kits

Hey I was looking for a video on the clutch line for the s14 with Nissan transmission for line routing. It seems like the the line is to short? Can you shed some light on the routing? Stock slave cylinder

Does this work on a right hand drive Lexus IS 200 ?

Will the reservoir clear the plastic panel above the rear of the engine bay on a G35? The panel that keeps leaves out if the engine bay and A/C inlet. This looks a lot closer to the firewall (has to be, no booster in the way) so it's a question of how tall it sits. Unrelated but is there a reason this was designed to require clearance instead of centering the master cylinder on the existing hole? I'm also curious if this could be a drop in replacement for the OEM setup - as in use the OEM lines to the OEM ABS block (or some minor adaptation there of). It seems like it would work but I must be missing something.
@davidlvann2 жыл бұрын
Ah, I just got the part about the pedal ratio. So raising the MC makes sense. How does this affect brake "feel"? More pedal ratio = more leverage (force on the MC) but larger bore means lower hydraulic pressure for the same input force. Seems like they would cancel. Not knowing my OEM brake master cylinder bore (G35) I can't run the numbers to see exactly how force vs. travel are affected.

those front brake lines used, would they work on a K24 swapped RX8? length wise.

We aren't sure. we don't have any brake line kits for RX8 at this moment.

Rx8 and Miata’s are close to the same chassis. If you wanted to try it I’d go with a Miata kit.
Should've included a paper template so people don't have to disassemble it just to make a mark lol

Is it just me or does Chase remind anyone else of Dahmer from the recent movie where he tells you to sit down and watch this VHS and you can leave. I do not mean this in a mean way, it is just uncanny. A lot of it is the glasses but if you changed your hair, holy moly it would be a dead ringer.
