Great video. 7:08 To get into expression mode you hit the preset and bypass foot switches at the same time. Holding bypass saves the preset.

Most videos show it used with single coil pickups. What’s it like with humbuckers?

It's just as good either way. The pedal has enough fidelity to the overall sound and signal you're working with to make any setup sound as good or better. I gigged with it this Saturday, and it was an utter joy from start to finish - such a great tool for both live and studio environments. If you check out That Pedal Show, they put it through its paces with different guitars, and it just sounds awesome. Just type in "That Pedal Show Automatone", and you'll find it. If you're interested, my own videos have also featured this pedal ever since I bought it a couple of weeks ago... It's such a wonderful piece of kit, regardless of the sound you're going for.
