Wonderful video and beautiful content but Please check on the chain of your pale blue rectangular mini. I do see several “twists” that seems to be caused by improper interwoven of the leather strap. I could be wrong though. Please have a close look on that. Have a lovely day or night.

That is such a good idea. I do often struggle to think of ways to style some colours. Strangely, for me I don’t have any problems styling coloured bags. My issue is with neutrals other than black and white, such as grey and the many shades of beige and nude.

Great video, very informative. I went into Chanel to get my first bag pretty much decided that I will get medium, but ended up with jumbo. Couldn’t believe how small ‘medium’ was compared to jumbo. No regrets so far i like the size, use all the pockets as well, back pocket very useful! The only thing I don’t like is the chain length, I think it’s a bit too long even doubled up, and you can’t wear it single.

That's so interesting. I've had the opposite experience where my small classic flap actually sits longer on me crossbody compared to mediums I've tried in store. I thought it was because the chains are technically the same length, but the grommets sit farther apart on the medium, making the drop length shorter. A fantastic review as always ❤️😘I would love to add a medium to my collection.

Great comparison video :) I've always found the strap lenghts on Chanel classic flaps so off. The small/medium just a bit too short, the jumbo...I mean, why soo long lol. I am 5'6 so quite short, but still. Only one that makes sense is the mini rectangular :) The strap on the 2.55 reissue has a much better length I think.

Great info. I have a mini rectangle 2.55 with the bracelet chain and love that it slides and you can double the chain for shoulder carry but your square mini is so cute.

I think that she has the XS (I have the same one), I don't own a square mini but I am pretty sure that a bigger sized phone won't fit in it. You can maybe measure your phone to find out if it will fit - the square mini is supposed to be 17cm wide :)

Chanel recently brought back the square mini in the 21K collection in Caviar. But the difference is that the strap is adjustable which is better but think is thinner and there is no back pocket although is nice to have but that is the nearest it can get for now. I can't wait to get my hands on it. Fingers crossed. Had told my SA to put me on the wait list and hope to get a Classic small too. But not sure why a lot of people says the black for the 21K square looks like dark blue, but i haven't see that in real life myself aside from watching some other KZbinrs unboxing it. Thanks for sharing. Perhaps you want to do a video on all your handbags collection. Love to watch that.

Maybe you are more likely to recuperate your money with a medium if you were to sell it there in the UK, but here in the US it’s different. Last year, I started changing my collection completely and sold all my jumbos. I must say that watching your video, I miss having a jumbo in my collection ;). Love this video. My dream Chanel would have to be the reissue (although I've only seen it in black and I don't wear black!), baring that the square mini comes a close second. Both are too expensive for me at the moment, and with the regular price rises I can't see that changing, but you never know, and it's always good to dream!

Check SAKs or NM, they usually carry a lot of older season reissues. I purchased a pink reissue in sheepskin just a few months ago in the “medium” size. They also carried a navy blue and a lighter blue.

great comparison! love it 😊 i only hav 2 chanel flap. 1 mini square and 1 medium. i realise after awhile, i do not like to wear bag on shoulder and always prefer crossbody. i would never go w any classic flap anymore. more mini rectangular/square if there is any good colours. agree w the caviar side as i really prefer more carefree and lambskin still scare me.

With the current crazy prices of chanel CF would u recommend i still bite the bullet and buy one first hand or save a little bit (~1-2k sgd) and look into the preloved market where i saw pretty very good like new condition caviar bags but series 11-13. Is it true that the quality and workmanship is very much better for older series especially for caviar leather and it will hold up better in the long run? Im someone that loves buying on preloved market but for chanel CF im not too sure

Both caviar and lambskin recover well from water marks in my experience but Scotchgard is always my go to for general water protection. Always test patch any sprays on a small area though!

Its better to store ur sunglasses in a soft pouch made for sunglasses to protect the lenses. They can get scratched in the bag.
