I was interested in the 300SS initially, it looks amazing. I purchased the 300NK because it had the tail tidy, it was $300 cheaper and no fairings means easier self maintenance. I may get a small wind deflector for it later. The top speed in the owners manual from the manufacturer says “designed” 86mph, but I’ve had it up to 99 according to the speedo. I do wish it had 31.5hp and 21.5ft lbs of tq. It would be nice if it were around 321lbs too. Other than these few minor things, I couldn’t be happier. I got a brand new 300 naked bike for $3900 and it has so many features and awesome warranty. I’d say it would have no problem maintaining 65mph highway speed for a prolonged period, which is about 6000rpm.

I’m between this and a ninja 400. This has the looks and sounds, fast enough for my needs, ABS, and the beautiful price But at 6’2 250lbs I’d definitely have to try it. The ninja 400 ABS is more well known, already has a good amount of info on mods, and repair/service. Or I could just start on an 06 ninja 636 that’s already modified, as it’s my step fathers but he doesn’t want to repair it…..

@@101BadBreath I’ll probably just end up fixing my stepfathers 636 SE, and not send her to the moon (with me included). He says it has a ton of low end torque but I’m assuming that’s because he doesn’t know how to ride it well……

Nice bike I was looking to get the ninja 400 but after this video this might just be the one

I've been looking into getting one soon and I've got questions about the quad lock. If I ordered one with wireless charging does the 300ss have a usb port? Or would I have to order the hard wire charger?

Smaller lighter cc bikes actually are much better if you’re just doing city driving

Amen. I've down-sized three times and love the smaller cc displacement. (no time to tour either)

I'd do a Whole Lot to get the ZX-25R As you know and say little bikes work hard and go nowhere. It is like a moto gp race not speeding. My daily bikes are a Tuono v4 1100 and a RC-51 and I'd give my left one for the ZX-25R or (drooling sounds) the ZX-25RH2. As always Chase, great video!

Hey what kind of phone mount is that, I’m having serious issues with finding a compatible one, rn I got a handlebar mount that doesn’t entirely fit around it due to clearance but it’s tight on

I was just curious if there is a power lock on this bike until you reach break in period? I bought one two weeks ago and it tops out at 90mph so I’m not sure how you went 96

Kind of lean more to the 300 NK I think but doesn’t seem like a bad option for someone on a tight budget looking for an entry level sport-style ride.

I would but I’m 270 lbs so it might be too slow for me. 😊 would love something to alternate with between my bmw 1200

I have the same bike but it doesn't appear I can use a quad lock stem mount due to the stem tube having a lip at the top. How did you get yours to work?

I wish this had came out a couple months ago when I bought my Honda CBR300r. This CFmoto is the exact price range I was looking for smh. When I bought the Honda, I couldn’t find a brand new bike in the 4k range at all. Everything was 6k and up

Same. I just got a cbr300 right when this hit the US market. It was brand new and everyone seemed to say it wasn’t worth the risk getting a new Chinese bike. Now I’m regretting it
