Only thing you could’ve done better is the firfire cave portion. You can completely skip getting the spear if you exhaust the first creature npc’s dialogue, talk to the chief, then, talk to the npc next to the the blue door entrance. It legit saves like 2-3 minutes depending

7:41 you went past a huge skip that you could've simply done by climbing onto the left side of the wall and going across a bridge of pillars that pretty much leads you directly to chaser without having to do any kind of parkour

solid run, you could probably cut more time if you have enough agility to climb up one of the nests in the corridor to skip a few towers, dont really know how to explain it but if you hug the left wall in the corridor and climb up you should be able to see it; saves a noticeable amount of time

nah its a lot slower. power 3 in trial is like thresher or something I'm pretty sure, plus you have to sit and pick your cards and invest points, its way slower.
