If only summoning worked half the time. Most often I just watch the host and friends ring a bell and lose 600 hp and I summon the Storm Hawk, even tho he can't do damage you still get the buff same goes for any summon that gives you a buff.

@@somechinesedude5466 You can just turn off being invaded in the mod itself. Everything is customizable in the mod, it's kinda cool! So if you don't want to get invaded you don't have to :)

The mods is still in beta so a lot of features will be added. Right now they put a boss rush mode.

Bruh this is the reason why there's so much latency on official... This is the 1 reason that stops me from playing pvp. I guarantee Fromsoft could double if not triple or quadruple the amount of players on PVP if they just removed the anti cheat. Definitely do more showcase in seamless. There are new invasion spots, you dont have to worry about not killing the host right away, more chaotic and like you said the base game is such a missed opportunity. Seamless invasions are definitely a lot more interesting.

Seamless coop invasions are so sick! Highly recommend you try out a faith build and equip some spirit ashes that have multiple summons (dogs, wandering nobles, greatshield soldiers, etc), then run dried bouquet and a bunch of team buffs. It's a really unique way to play pvp that isn't possible in vanilla! I also recommend running a light bow on essentially every build too. It helps a ton when chasing people down on horseback since you don't slow down when firing the bow!

@@kiltysalter2966 I'm not actually sure! That would be awesome though, definitely something worth testing out. I've never really used summons outside of the coop mod so I'm not sure how they all behave and interact with gear/buffs. I've only really come to the conclusion that the NPC summons and mimic tear are typically better than the regular mobs in invasions since their AI is way more aggressive. The exception are archers which you can set up before you engage for some support. Latenna is my favourite on STR, DEX, and Bleed builds since you don't need to level mind past 9 to summon. If you want some high FP cost summons and don't want to level mind, using the cerulean hidden tear is another option as well.

Yo, I've just downloaded and set up this mod yesterday and I was so blown away by the experience! It's so much better than vanilla ER. It's more fun both as an invader as well as host(s). I played a bunch as solo host getting occasional invasions, just as it was in DS3. But in ER with this mod you can get invaded anywhere. Even in open field. And it's so cool riding torrent and suddenly getting flanked by an invader and then go for a fight on horseback before eventually jumping off and clashing swords at a cliffside. Epic AF! Makes you wonder, why FromSoft didn't design their game like that. ----- All this mod needs is more people using it! I had very few invaders cross my world and when I invaded worlds a few time myself out of like 5 invasions I did, I already was invading someone a second time. (Maybe it's better for higher level, because I basically did lvl20 starter zone invasion with a fresh character to test the mod)

I think he's just pissed. Most casual players don't know some attacks can't be parried and arent used to switching weapons from inventory. Ever since I've tried seemless co-op invasions I haven't been able to go back to regular base PVP. The fights are often far more interesting, gankers are few and far between, and the latency is so much better! Haven't run into any more hackers than I see in base game either, so that's a big plus. Also, calling in reinforcements using the invasion tool after joining a hostile world can bring more invaders, leading to really chaotic team fights! Would highly recommend, as fighting 3v3 is absolutely bananas! 🍌
