I actually am doing this run right now, what a coincidence, a Samurai build with Katanas, for Strike damage spiked club because its the one I think closely resembles a Kanabo if you not all zoomed in on it, Wakizashi as the buff dagger and Naginata as a pierce weapon for mounted combat. No summons because this run is entirely to train for Malenia and she just heals off summons, only for Niall I used one because he does too. I plan to use Dragonscale sword int he main and an lightning infused and buffed Uchi int he offhand, with a thunderbolt Uchi rdy to hotswap when she sits in her flower vulnerable.

Anywhere from 80-200, depends on what you're playing on, where you live, what time you play, and what kind of invasion experience you're looking for. The standard 138/9 to hit both the 125 and 150 metas is arguably still the most active. 168 is pretty good too. 200 has been dead af for me on Xbox though, though it can be fun when I do get invasions

There's a mean poison, rot, and bleed build you could try, not sure if you have already. You wear the mushroom crown, use a poison infused antspur rapier, and bleed weapons. Your talismans are the rotten winged insignia, kindred of rot's insignia, lord of blood exultation, and whichever fourth talisman you prefer. I would suggest Alexander shard though. This build is a monster in pve as well

check out the VODs of his livestreams, he has plenty of failed invasions in there. i was watching a VOD yesterday where he was invading on RL60 and if he encountered 2 over leveled phantoms that were any amount of competent it was really challenging. it turns out the 'failed' invasions or the ones we don't see in these videos are just really grindy or sometimes kinda boring. it made me appreciate these edits more actually.
