“The first time you ever saw me cry was that September night” (September 13, 2009) at the awards show that Kanye made a fool of himself. Taylor Lautner was the presenter for the award to her and was also her boyfriend, although that was not public knowledge at the awards show. She was new in a relationship with Taylor Lautner when they filmed a movie together. He really loved her and she got afraid of being hurt. 💔😔🥺 She ran. This song is 100% an apology to him. She tells him she’s sorry for running and wishes she could undo the pain she caused him. She realized that she caused herself pain too, because he was so good and sweet to her. This is her only known song that is a direct apology for an ex-boyfriend. She said he was perfect in their relationship and that she messed up.

I am REALLY EXCITED TO watch your reactions!! New subscriber and have binged 3 of your videos! This is about Taylor Lautner. He was so good to her, but she’d been treated so poorly in the past that she just couldn’t have faith. This was right after Kanye took that 1st VMA from her. She carried all night after that. Lautner was actually on the stage for that whole exchange but he thought it was a planned skit and she was so hurt by that. He tried to console her but the jaded past kicked in and she bolted. She still felt bad because she’s always said how good he always treated her. Thankfully they’ve made up as adults and he’s even in one of her recent music videos. She sent him and his wife, her name is also Taylor (LOL!) a new baby gift. No hard feelings anymore. They were both so young. Now they’re all friends. ❤

Maddd respect for giving Taylor a genuine chance and diving in like you have ❤ Sooo many have just ignorant opinions on this woman. She is one of the best song wtiters ever. Some people will laugh at that statement and proclaim her music is nothing but shallow radio garbage. Obviously they havent really heard this woman because they refuse to even give her a chance. Taylor Lautner is boyfriend/husband of the decade, honestly an amazing guy. He forgave Taylor and they are good friends. He found his personal, doesn’t mean she can’t regret but she wasn’t there.
