Dale Hollow, Center Hill and Priest! The lakes I grew up on. I miss them as I am up north now. I grew up on River Road, on the Cumberland River! Man I miss home! Watching you and Stiks brings me back!

Love the content man. I’ve recently gone down the rabbit hole of bass fishing and I’m hooked lol. I’m in murfreesboro but I’ve been wanting to check out Dale Hollow ever since i got heavy in to fishing. You don’t do guides do you?
@MusicCityAngler2 ай бұрын
@@richardkeenan5419 haha man I don’t unfortunately. Dale is definitely a good fishery and there’s a reason I drive there from Nashville a lot.

I thought that spinning rod was a bait caster.

Where do you get your fishing gear and tackle from?
@MusicCityAngler2 ай бұрын
Local to Nashville I go to Harpeth River Outfitters. Other than that usually like Tackle Warehouse.

Bro, you weren't "chasing" anything. You pushed the ON button and could literally SEE the fish you were targeting. That's not chasing. Chasing in picking up a jig or crank, turning the FFS OFF, and earn any fish you boat. Facts.

Man I love tossing a crank on ledges and shell bars hunting for fish. But, as a tournament angler in order for me to compete I have to become really good at FFS. But, with FFS the fish do not bite instantly and will require a lot of effort to catch at times. I just don't show the hours it takes due to the attention spans of younger people.
@computerguy17242 ай бұрын
@@MusicCityAngler Yup, me too. I'm comfortable in 25-50' tossing a 10" worm or creature for those mostly unmolested fish. So many anglers want to beat the banks and are actually sitting where the fish are. I have been a tournament angler for over 30 years. With FFS on the scene, I am seriously considering pulling out of tourneys. We have 1 team in our club scooping up all the $$$. A young boy with his head down while his dad sits on the back and smokes a cig. It's disgusting and legalized cheating.

@@computerguy1724 I grew up on Kentucky Lake fishing it a lot and I love dragging a big ole worm or cranking offshore. I mean its a tough situation and a constant debate with FFS. While it is cheating at times. We still see people that are competing up on the banks running a squarebill in the top levels and finishing really good. I also feel like FFS has allowed a lot of learning to happen which I think is super cool. Which is why I try including my footage in the video where a lot of people don't so that the viewers can learn with me. With all that being said Im fine with or without it. I just try to create good content that people enjoy and stay out of this whole debate. Im sure we are going to see it get banned in a lot of tournament scenes.
