As a (intermediate) beginner struggling with bar chords, I kinda find the non-capo version easier. Verse is much easier and after some trying the chords work quiet well too! Thank you!

You are the best video instructor on the internet. The way you break down songs, provide tabs, and the pace at which you teach is perfect. I started getting serious about playing guitar five years ago but did not find your site until about two years ago. That is my loss. I do have question about this song. I tried to figure it out on my own and use the barre A shape as home base but play the second note of the first picking pattern on the B string 5th fret, not the G string 9th fret as you do. This keeps the barre A shape in play for the second picking pattern as well and is much easier to play the second picking pattern in since the frets are only one apart rather than four. Is there some reason I am not seeing as to why your pattern is better?

I'm currently teaching myself this song through your video. The Capo makes the song sound so much softer. I really appreciate how well you did this tutorial. Very thorough and helpful. I tried the easy 3 chord version by Andy Guitar first, and it just doesn't have the full body sound like this.

Hey Dave, I'm one of your prime subscribers, but have had some difficulty with E/G sharp chord, its if my fingers just wont stretch properly, is their any suggestions to help with this as I refuse to fear Barre Chords as I can get an F-Chord to work so this shouldn't be an issue!
