Their was Honor among combatants in the civil war! This interview was taken at the Mansfield, Ohio Civil War Show. Harvey hosts the Beech Grove, Indiana show at the end of March each year. He is well respected in the Civil War community for his knowledge of Lincoln, Documents and Confederate Postal items of the Civil War.
