Cheers mate, I couldn't agree more 👍 I rarely take fish as one of my biggest joys, is just seeing them swim off after giving me a good fight 👍

Flathead and Mulloway, now that is a couple good sessions. Awesome job catching your target and love the added old train station and war memorials. Well done with the video, thanks for sharing, and have yourself a great weekend!

Cheers mate, always feels good when you can go out and catch the fish you are chasing 👍 Just thought I would add that in, as I have always loved seeing all the old war stuff, around that area. I'm off on a trout trip in about an hour, so hopefully the weather holds up for us. Looking forward to catching up on your channel when I get back, hope you have been catching plenty.

Cheers mate this was over two afternoons but the last two fish, were the only ones caught the second afternoon. Heaps of jewies on the chew, up the Parra right now 🎣

You should make "how to" videos or like tips videos for specific species like how you made a few before for bass. That will be helpful to alot of new fishos i think

I will definitely do some of those in the near future mate, thanks for watching as always. Always appreciate your comments 👍

9:15 Great video mate! I’ve had this happen to me plenty of times with the braid getting caught. I’ve found the best solution for this to be the rizutto finish on the FG instead of the half hitches.
@bushfishncook212825 күн бұрын
Cheers mate, appreciate you watching 👍 I had a small fray in the line, I think that's what caused the problem to happen, it's the first time it's ever happened to me... I actually don't even tie an FG, I use half an Alberto knot, never failed me to this day so never bothered changing. I'm going to start jigging soon though, so I will keep that in mind because I feel, I will tie an FG while using a heavy jig, I know the finish you are talking about but never tried it before, I will have to give it a go.

@@bushfishncook2128 Ahh yeah fair enough mate, my issue was due to the eyelet on the tip being soo small the top of my FG was hitting each time and eventually it would get caught and cause a mess. Keep up the good work mate. Looking forward to seeing more videos 👌
@bushfishncook212825 күн бұрын
@TheFinesseAngler yeah that's a pain when your knot hits the eye as it passes through, the knot I tie is very small but the tag end does face the wrong way haha, somehow never really been an issue though... Cheers mate

Good one, Mick. A couple of fish on the first few casts 👍🏼, pretty darn good, mate. I didn’t think that I would see the Parramatta River fish that we’ll ever!
@bushfishncook212829 күн бұрын
Right now there is a hot bite in the Parra that's for sure, even as far up as the weir... Yep no editing on the two fish in a row, wasn't a bad way to start at all. Cheers, this was filmed over two afternoons but only the last two fish, were from the second day.

Early tonight just for you, but I realised I forgot to change the countdown... So an extra 2 minutes before the show instead of 60 seconds but hey it's still early haha
