Same goes mate, I walked there expecting to see none and then heard something, looked with my torch and saw them in the wall, so I went and got the cat carrier out of the ute and set to catching them up, right now I still have all 4 haha Bit of a handful but hoping to sort that out by Monday 👍

It was a terrible afternoon... still upset about the mum but I'm glad at least these kittens stand a chance, at a proper life now.

She definitely wasn't the most common looking cat, I think the two bigger kittens will grow up, to look just like her though...

They are all doing well, I still have the lot until Monday. They seem to be keeping each other entertained at least.

I was worried I was going to have to go back and see the mum again, I was so surprised the council actually did their job. Right now I have all of them lol I think Andrew is going to come grab one and possibly knows a bloke who will take another, so just one left to rehome now hopefully... The first one from the day before is most likely staying with us. Very glad I went back, I doubt they would have done well otherwise, especially the smallest one...

Still sad thinking about the poor mum, i'm glad I went back this afternoon and managed to save the rest of the kittens at least.

When I went back this afternoon, I couldn't believe they were there... Luckily I still had the other cat carrier in my ute, just happy at least they are safe, still sad about their mother though...

Funny I once wasn't a fan and then realised, you can only blame the owners for them killing things etc, my cats have never been outside, that fixes that problem anyway... Just doing what I thought the RSPCA are supposed to do, so many calls to them and all just wasted effort...

@@bushfishncook2128 LOL, You did alot more. You did not have to go back. You did not have to take a cat carrier. YOu did not have to coax the cats out with treats and kindness. You did not have to hang around for an age waiting to see if that last Kitten would come out. You did not have to drive to get it something it might eat. And you sure did not have too walk through the park like Thor! ANd then drive all over the place to find somewhere to take them, find nowhere, so take them home and bath them. I am noticing a lot of things you didn't HAVE to do, you did because you are you and a good bloke.

They are doing really well, they are all already all using the litter tray and just slept together quietly all night, I thought I wasn't going to get much sleep lol At 11:30pm they were out until 8 in the morning basically, I think they wore themselves out with all the toys they now have...

The biggest was 73 from memory, they have cleared out all the flathead gudgeons from the creek, last time I was at this creek, it was loaded with gudgeons, I only saw 2-3 this time...

Was a terrible afternoon mate, the little one I took home is doing well at least 👍 I didn't really want to share this footage but in a way, I feel it needed to be shown... This is why people need to realise animals aren't a good gift idea etc, often these animals that get abandoned... Unfortunately there just aren't enough people helping with strays etc, I called so many people trying to help all of them, not one place could help, most just transferred me to someone else that were still no hope... Doing my best mate, the little one kept me distracted and entertained, for most of the night 👍

Cheers mate, it's a bigger mission than what I ever show too... I can't believe this was plan B, I literally thought I was going to be slaying bass on that goldfish... Amazing how long a water dragon can hold its breath, glad you enjoyed it mate 👍

One thing I noticed is that last year I saw flathead gudgeons everywhere in this creek, only saw two on this trip... Guarantee the carp have been eating them all, happy to do that but of pest control for our waterways. 👍

The camera doesn't even do those steep banks justice... It wasn't easy fighting them carp on a steep clay bank. It was actually easier just getting in there 😂 I find carp in the craziest spots, only a few creeks where I haven't seen a carp... Cheers mate

Will still go back and check the area tomorrow. Some people are just horrible people, it makes me sick to think someone could let that happen or worse encourage it to happen, I will never know exactly what happened unfortunately... The one kitten I took home is running a muck enjoying life though 👍

I've boycotted all major charities in my area, there's a few . I did it after a certain incident in August last year... A run in with a not nice person. I won't say much else . But I found out the true types of people these local places help... No 💰 from me , ever .

They obviously were attending due to a snitch , but didn't even actually check rego status, prior to attending . The by laws unit was or is run by a crooked ex cop, and that's what I called him over the phone, when they turned up after someone snitched me for something I didn't do ! .

Still a shit situation here unfortunately, I can't get anyone to take mum, so I would have to seperate the kittens from her and take them to the shelter...

@@bushfishncook2128 if you take them to the kfc on princess highway at St. Peter’s and leave them in the car park near the food bowls there’s a group that feed them and neuter them. They don’t house them but it’s a step in the right direction. Apparently there’s a few activist groups in Sydney that patrol the majority of kfc car parks. Throw a few bells on them near to a constant source of ethical food. Something to consider bro. I like your channel, and appreciate all the hard work and dedication that makes these things happen. I hope it kicks off for ya and helps pay some bills
