Chasing LP Supercells in Northeast Indiana - June 25, 2023

Large supercells and tornadoes were expected along the Indiana-Ohio line, though the event initiated further west and south than initially forecast. In northeastern Indiana between Muncie and Fort Wayne, two low-precipitation supercells developed, while Indiana saw at least one damaging tornado elsewhere. The storms we encountered were not especially powerful but were still very photogenic.

Very cool video, glad you got to chase IN on my favorite chase day of 2023! Although the event didn't go as expected (that's IN for you), it did have some really nice cloud structures. After chasing cells with funnels in Tipton/Hamilton counties, I chased a cell in western Marion county around 4:00 -5:00 PM that day, and the crisp cumulus structure was breathtaking.
