Raced desert in the early 90's. The best part of today's desert racing is the advantage gained by watching these types of video's mixed with the gopro footage..... Now you can see how fast the top guys actually go. Back in the 90's you knew Danny Hamel was fast, you knew he was the best, but very few ever got close enough to know how fast he really was. Had to work a second loop check during a race my club was putting on. Had about a half mile view coming in and going out of the check from atop a hill. Got to watch Danny come in and his line choices leaving the check down a hill and out a long wash. He had such a lead that I didn't have to pay attention for other riders coming in to the check and got a whole minute or so of seeing and hearing how he rode that KX500. I learned more in that minute than all my years of racing combined. Ride in Peace Danny.

You captured some footage of my youngest in the 65cc youth race this is so badass. Some of the best up to date date footage of our sport I’ve seen yet. Keep up the hard work and continue to pump out footage to show what our sport is all about.

Dude, we haven't been posting on YT for a long time, it's cool to see your name pop up here. That was Dash crashing on the Husky at 2:17. He got a flat in this race and still won the 85 class. Were you there that weekend?
@americandirtrider76629 ай бұрын
@@dashrides2679 Hey Chris!! Dang, is he okay? That looked like a mean little pile up. Great to see that you two are still so serious about racing! But tell him he doesn't have to crash just to be part of the videos. I wasn't there that weekend, but I've always liked following the NHHA progress from their youtube. I'll have to catch up with you through text really soon.

Very nice to see western desert racing that isn't Kove propaganda. Looked like a fun event.

Great presentation! Nice editing and camera angles. The drone footage was especially cool, I thought, and showed a unique insight into how the pros ride, that many of us will never see. Great job!

What a great presentation! The editing was really good but I especially appreciated the drone footage, showing how the pros ride in a way that most of us may never see. Good show!

NIce video! It's fascinating to see the attendance difference against the Florida hare scramble series, where we have 1,200 racers lining up every race.

Your turnout sounds lovely, however, we have a lot of public land here, whereas you guys don’t. So naturally, you get more racers. We hope to see you out here one day!

I love this, what would really be sick IDK how you would do it but full drone coverage of the top three guys. That would be incredible to watch.

Would be helpful if you gave some information on what a hare&hound race is and how it works. Chasing ribbons is the video title, tell me what that means. We on the east coast need some background info. Thanks
