@@phillipchandler8862 hey man, thank you. So much more traction than the stock tyres, back end was out most of the time but that’s part of the ride when opening it up like this. I’ve gotta say, the 450 really held up when throwing it about… it became its own, it’s a great machine, it just takes a bit of time to get used to throwing 200kg about over a trail bike

The biggest selling point for me, other than the value for money was the sound! The stock exhaust sounds amazing and adds about 20hp and smiles per mile too 🤣👌PS. You can use the back of the dashboard / screen as a cable tidy to wrap the excess phone cable around and stop it flapping about. I saw somebody else point it out on here.

The exhaust is great, it's not too loud, but puts out a beautiful sound. Given in this video the mic is right by the exhaust so it does sound louder! Well damn, thanks for the heads up on that mate! Save my phone being ripped off on the trails.

Thanks for the upload. I'm on a waiting list here in the US and supposed to get one in late January. Cant wait. Currently have a 250cc dual sport and want something better on road yet still good on dirt. 450Mt seems to be the bike. Take care man-

Credit to you. They were slippery conditions and you were not hanging around. You will certainly enjoy the TET in Spain and the CF Moto in your hands will be the perfect machine as most of the trails in the Pyrenees are wide open twin track gravel with spectacular scenery. The bike has a really lovely sound to it.

@@jthelakes147 thanks dude, to level with you here, I’ve been holding off a fair bit on throwing this bike around… I’m still getting used to the 200kg coming from MX it’s a bit of a hunk - today I had no choice but to ride it a little harder and oh boy it’s capable. You can whip this thing about, it is so much fun. Thanks for the heads up on the TET! We are planning it all right now. Even potential for another trip toward Bosnia but with far less tarmac this time round. We shall see what comes!

I ordered the 450MT right after I got my A2 licence. I'm waiting to get deliver. I don't know what I will do with my motorbike, road, trail, touring, just go to work ? With the 450MT I'm sur I can do a bit of everything and if I see i'm doing only one type of thing, I will change later.

@@K9Stark it’s great on the road, has enough pep to pop past cars no issue… motorway hits and holds 70 no problem, has the power to exceed it… that’s as standard. I know many have upgraded to the 15T sprocket for the roads

It looks like engine braking isn't too bad. After riding my Honda CRF250L Rally for 3 years I'm sure looking forward to riding something that doesn't require shifting all the time

The engine braking is good, it’s not major but as soon as you are off the throttle it comes down… never been on a 250L!

I feel that in general, a single cylinder engine will have far more engine breaking because power isn't being created for so much of a full cycle as opposed to a twin. I left my name with the dealer for January. I might wait for the second batch to get one

Rode one at Sweet Lamb for a day - a lot weaker than my little XT250. Where I’d have been in 2nd/3rd on the XT, I had to go down to first on the CRF.
