@25:38 after making part 5 ,i am unable to move or drag it ,it says that "the component is fully defined ,cannot be moved "what should I do???

Select the part 5 Right click and select on float

@manojmadhu2474 bro i think when you created the part you don't click no external reference. Now what you have to do go to the part (make sure go to the part mate folder (available inside the part where part features are there) not tree mate folder) in mate folder you will see some mate make sure to delete all of them then try

yes now it's moving ,but now there is another issue at 26:01 when I am mating the new part and the tyre holder ,the revolving portions are getting mate, but the remaining part is getting seperated ,I don't know why ,
