Oh yeah, I dabbled a little bit into silicone ball joint dolls once. It's fricking hard to put leather pants on, I assume latex is just as difficult if not more. You literally have to baby powder it and ease it onto the legs hopefully without tearing something, and then you gotta clean the powder off, it's a whole ass operation. I guess having articulation with completely seamless limbs is a visual plus, but it is a lot of work to dress those.
