Great observations. There are many client collectors that don't have a product and don't know what to charge. This is where they should start before they ever talk to potential clients.

@@Umbral-AI Now that you have pointed this out, it is driving me crazy(ier?) In several communities several times a day, I see posts like this "I've been cold calling businesses because I want to offer bot services combined w smma." When people without a product to at least demo cold call offering services they don't even know how to build, it has to be creating resistance, friction and mistrust of the chatbot industry. This can only make it harder and harder for those who have a legitimate product to get a foot in the door.

I think we all have suffered the pain from these pitfalls, we rush into building mode with total disconnection from the market. But, I would also say it is hard to convince people to talk to you about MVBs if you are a stranger on the internet. You need to show somehow that you know what you are talking about, and a very well fledged demo can get you on the door. BTW, am I allowed to claim MLC (Minimum Lovable Chatbot)? 😅 Great video man 👍, keep them coming!

Skipping MVB/MVP stage is a surefire way to almost guarantee scope creep which then creates pricing doubt for the developer/agency. This video ALONE would help so many steer clear of this issue and impact their business is a massive way. Great Content as always conner, keep em coming !🔥🔥 P.S whens the update from street conner on how the implementation of the parking chatbot went 👀

Conner...great video! I can only agree. One question though ... who should invest on the MV*? (aka pay for) Me? The customer? Depends on who wants to prove the point? Is it a negotiation? Or...? Thank you!
@Umbral-AIАй бұрын
@@ricardofernandez2286 chatbot builders should be paid for their time. Customer pays unless you’re teaming up / splitting profits / etc.
@ricardofernandez2286Ай бұрын
@@Umbral-AI Well, we should definitely be paid for our time, and eventually we will be😄!! However, I was thinking more about a scenario that begins in a different place than the one you propose. In this scenario I am trying to sell my idea/chatbot to the client to solve a problem that they probably have, but they don't know can be solved using my solution. In that case, asking the client to pay me, to show them that my idea is what they need, sounds a bit strange to me. And maybe it's because I don't have a very business-oriented mindset. Following the line of reasoning put forward for the case where the interest arises from the customer, this will mean that I should be able to convince the customer to pay for this MVB based on my claim that it could solve their problem, which will require business and sales skills that I don't think I have. (At least for now) I apologize if I wasn't clear enough on my first attempt at this question. Thank you!! (again)
