About us,
We are a family from the North-East of England following our dream to restore a beautiful abandoned french Château. We discovered the heart stopping Château De Lalacelle in summer of 2020, this beautiful architectural monument Is set in the countryside of North-West France.
The moment we visited the Château we all fell in love, from the beautiful sweeping landscape and forests, to its stunning untouched interiors and magnificent spiral staircase in the turret.
Unfortunately Château De Lalacelle has been abandoned for a number of decades so will need a lot of restoration and DIY.

Wow this is an amazing example of why cleaning a building is so important!! Many say it’s age, character, history personality, patina. Every day I look forward to a new video from you. It never gets boring, you're always working on new construction sites and there are still so many that need to be worked on. I'm always amazed at your energy and how cheerful you go to work, even when things don't go as well as they would have liked. You are a very courageous, hard-working and lovely family and I am very happy that I was able to get to know you (even if only from a distance). I can already see how guests will come and go from your home and feel completely at home, which is due to the now beautiful house and garden, but above all to the lovely people you are. I really hope that you stay healthy and can continue to invest your energy in this wonderful project for a very long time. I am older and unfortunately not healthy and not very mobile, but thanks to you I can travel to France every day and experience things that would otherwise not be possible for me. I now live alone because my partner couldn't deal with my illnesses, which makes me even happier when I can meet young couples like you. We all become a little part of this wonderful family.
