Stockfish officially lost when taking the king. Of course, Stockfish should have called the arbiter much earlier. One illegal move is allowed; the arbiter orders to do another move, and normally the arbiter gives a clock penalty. When doing two illegal moves, the opponent can claim victory. It is not legal to claim the arbiter or victory later; it has to be at the moment a illegal move has been made (he/she stops the clock and calls the arbiter).
