I identify the words I want to practice, then describe a context to ChatGPT using these words. I copy the essay that created by chat gpt into NotebookLM, click on Studio, and customize it by instructing, "Use [specific words] frequently in conversation." Finally, I export the podcast and use the shadowing technique to familiarize myself with the new words. This method is my ultimate life hack 😂
