Rohu fish pieces - 500 gms (5-6 big pieces)
For marination:-
1st marination -
_ test to salt ( 1 Tsp)
_ Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp
2nd marination:-
Masala mix
- Besan ( Gram flour) - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder -1/2 Tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Test to salt
- Ginger& grilic paste - 2 Tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1/4 Cup
- Oil -2 tbsp
- Curry leaves chopped - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbsp
- Mustard oil - 3 tbsp
