Absolutely amazing sir. Me and my kids are getting crazy. Lip-smacking recipe. In Pune, on Egg Bhurji stall, they keep tawa fry fish Bangda. Some people prefer it with Solkadhi ( kokam and coconut milk kadhi ) as heat in bangda fish cause rash on skin. Solkadhi passify the heat

Chef Ranveer Brar is one Chef who is passionate about cooking...I have seen him in blogs ..I happened to see him i think two years ago @ Phoenix Mills at Parel..in the Afternoon after my Nephew & myself were looking out for a Taxi to go home to Dadar.. I too am from the Hospitality industry....But was mostly employed in U.A.E . Not in the Production Dept but in F & B.. Tasted various types of Cuisine but Indian food is the Best . We at home usually buy Rawas .. In Goa they called it Surmai . I am an Goan but settled in Mumbai...this is the very first time i have got to watch Chef Ranveer Brar .. I heard Chef Ranveer Brar was in Powai Restaurant.. Famous 5 star ..his followers should know.. I was cooking the fish my way .. But i got to know exactly how to prepare & what are the ingredients..thanks Chef .

Nice !! These recipes are age old local recipes from the Konkan coast all the way from Goa, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Kerala. We coastal folks use mainly Rawas, Seer, lady fish, king fish, Mackerel and more (all sea fish) you can use these variations for all these fish. I’m from Mangalore, these recipes are made at least 3 times a week at my home. Cannot live without it . If you like fish then you should try these recipes.some of the best fish cooking techniques to retain the flavour and juices. Thank you Ranveer !

Dear Ranveer, beautifully demonstrated. In coastal karnataka these are common methods of frying fish.we also add roasted coriander to the masala and tamarin pulp .I would like to share that fish is also cooked on charcoal in banana leaf for heart patients to avoid oil. And matti, sardines are recommended for heart patients
