thats cool that you have someone with you that loves you i think its cool.when i drove gas tanker and linseed oil in late 70s and into mid 80s i was in my 20s it got lonely as heck one of the reasons i quit driving.i remember my dad asked me one time when i was like 12 what do you wanna be?.I said i wanna be a truck driver..ill never forget he looked down at me and said are you sure?thats a lonely life son all he said about that

If I ever buy a new truck, I'll make sure to do these things to have less problems. Oil change first 5 thousand miles. Never buy bulk Def, buy the ones in Walmart for like 12 don't be lazy. Buy quality diesel only and don't idle at night for the sake of good DPF. Change your coolant at 150 200 thousand times just in case it won't be too expensive to pay for ten gallons of coolant. Don't drive faster than 70 mph because of bad mileage and possibly burden or stain on the engine. Never go to the max power in hills, let the truck go slower in the hill otherwise big strain on the engine. These protocols will definitely help you a lot

Can't you buy an extended warranty for the big guy? I think it would pay for itself.

@@jonpye8655 Extended warranty is a great thing, but waiting two weeks to get fixed is a horrible experience. Therefore taking matters into your own hands helps you down the road instead of just leaning on someone. Every time I go to a truck dealer, no matter how many bays there are, trucks just stay there for days. Either mechanics know nothing, or something else. This is a waste of time and money.

2 year extended warranty is 13k
