Me and Bui used to go back and forth on LOD all the time. He was on my f list for quite some time. My mage paladin and necro only chars I could even come close going toe to toe with his sins Bui/Oni...he's amongst the Legends of d2. 💯

@@danielmiller9012 Can still afford plenty of 7/10 items by just playing the game. Not every PvP build needs one of a kind items to function. If average people were still interested in d2 PvP they would be doing it with 25 life skillers, mid-high anni torch, 20 life charms plain. Just enigma hoto arach spirit etc the basic obtainable goods for the avid season resetter that knows to sell everything until the bots are up and running, and wait for price fall. Anybody could get a PvP character selling 4 socket crystal swords and spirit runes - basically garbage - and trading with jsp.

What a humble guests :) Greetings! Respect to Bui for this niche build, I played myself as pvp kicker for last ladder on LoD just bedore d2r! It was so amazing vs casters especially! Coooley you run Venom on kicker so you need to skip psn scs cuz you will ruin it otherwise :D I guess Bui has 2x 6venom +10/-10 psn claws for prebuff, you can get really insane prebuff for kicker together with rbfed circ. Main hand is probably 40ias fools 2x Um GT with some nice mods. Of course I can only guess but I had similar and it was fitting perfectly :D Fingers crossed!

This is so cool to watch. I would love to see a video around Dueling on Hardcore around Patch 1.09. I used to do BvB Bezerk Dueling using a Grandfather + .08 Valor and would often duel other Barbs who used Ith Armor which I Believe was the Lionheart Runeword with runes removed and 40/15 Jewels added. Such a wild time and had heaps of fun collecting Max/AR/Life Charms and dueling ahh the memories.

Hybrid sins will have full powered traps in the new patch. If they allowed plague to be on claws and fix ww they’ll be super powerful. That’s assuming they actually introduce diminishing returns on stuns rather than full immunity like the have right now.

I have a question about the druid. Dude has 17fcr amu. Thus he hits 162fcr (163 fcr is needed for next breakpoint). what am I missing here? Some glitch? He seems to teleport fast.

late reply, but that was 99 fc speed, so basicly overcapping hella on fc, but since he (i assume) specced from ring stats, he cant swap it out, to ex. a soj, and for some reason i cant understand for the life of me, he said "gloves for cold res" which really is useless vs a nec, he could also swap gloves out for ex. frosties for bigger mana pool, or even belt for damage to mana, or even hoto, some strange decisionmaking going on there, but hey, to each theyre own:>

​I use 163% fcr - 99% fhr vs necros that build was more for vs ghost and also the start of d2r so we were limited on what we were finding now ofc i have a 20% fcr amulet. Pelt was swapped out for a gg circlet.

I wish Diablo 1 had kept a PVP community. As a 35 year old I have fond memories of those days and there were some absolute killers almost all of whom made a name for themselves again in PvP in D2. A huge name was hellstreasure both in D1 and D2 PvP back then.

Paladin vs Paladin has always been my favorite, but sorc vs sorc can be Hella fun too. Especially with energy shield buffing. Nothing more satisfying than breaking your opponents' ES, putting them into hit recovery and talking them out. Good Assassins rely on mindblast and wake of fire to permastun. A good necro stands no chance against a mediocre assassin. Especially with weapon block and stun from MB. Even the fireblast they throw stunlocks so hard with mindblast that it's almost impossible to get out of without weapon switch glitch. Also, Marvel is still playing? 🤣 🤣 🤣 tell him I said thanks for the ethereal glitched Viper.

Dragon tail is generally banned because its currently a bit too strong. It does marvels (joke inside) when someone try to walk away but isnt as good as kick if your opponent just stand his ground and retaliate.

"Marvelously" done. Reason it was never banned in the DFC is because you'd almost rather watch a sin kick a player to death rather than drag the already-tedious duel out further. Happy that some changes are coming down the pipe for PvP, for sure

@@Coooley well, the problem with this is : 1- necro is pretty much the only current counter to assassin, so its not good for build diversity to weaken him in this match up 2- if i am the necro and i know dragon tails is allowed, and i'm playing against someone good enough to use that efficiently, i would be more inclined to play defwhore style If you are scared of people playing overly defensive just DQ those who abuse it imo. But well, you obviously rules your tournament as you please :)

It shifts the screen either left or right (depending on which menu is opened) allowing the player to see further in that direction. You’ll notice they will bring their mouse all the way to the edge when doing so hoping they will get a name lock.

You remember me at all Cooley brother? Clan dkg? I used to be top esc ladder and non in d2jsp legit duels. Was #1 barb v barb zon v zon and world tourneys top 3 for many years. Ran dkg tags. My old barb v barb video is out there defending the top spot for like the 1000th time and dude got caught using all Ethereal items on social media video before KZbin lol. Dude record8ng had a map hack on that showed all pkayers gear. And I was up 2-0 then all the sudden this kid comes back and 2-0s me. But looks to be wearing the same gear. It's all was the exact same gear but all Ethereal version without zods and like 40/15 in them instead. So his dsf was extra high lol. He got put on blast live. Was a good time.

there should be some banned skills like teleport, not really fun to watch. and players can ban classes for the opposing player, so if he knows his opponents "main" he can ban that, or a player can just ban what is meta right now. Will make way for a more diverse "pvp tournament" scene imo.

@DeC Fair enough of a point, I just wanted to throw it out on the off chance. Also in case he sees this, I would try using wolves to start, but when the nec gets aggro bear works really well now. In LoD it was unreliable, but the stun from it is better and much more reliable now.
