My family and I went to see Toy Story 4 and I was pretty sure one of the characters was modeled after the Chatty Cathy doll and it was. I find it amazing how you restore all of these dolls. I was wondering what the doll in the back with the pink polka dot outfit was called. I believe my sister had one of those.

my Chatty Cathys sting came undone when I was young and went inside, I was told I had to cut her open. I actually met the engineer who made the talking part of the doll for Matel he told me its his wifes voice that you hear.

I had a rosebud doll, saying my name is rosebud. Does anyone know where I can buy one. The sad thing was, my mother had just bought me one , I was 7yr at the time and my friend was at the house.....before i got to open the box my friend had ballanced the box on her head then dropped it.....my poor Rosebuds head never went on properly again😳

You won't get a reply because this video is really old, I think it is a cream. I'd try magic erasers on ink stains first, because I had really good results with it.

I have one Chatty Cathy doll and she is not talking except for a few sounds and a lot of growls. I would love to get her fixed and look like new but I'm afraid I would mess her up... do you know a different way to make her talk again? Thanks!

So in order to restore the dolls she has to dunk them in boiling water and pop their eyes out!... hooff! a horror show for the other dolls waiting in line 2b restored! yikes! beauty is pain!
