Plumeria is a Hawaiian flower also known as frangipani! You typically see them in white and yellow, but they grow in all sorts of colours like pink and orange and purple. I have some tattooed on my calf, I love them!

I really want to try that Smith foundation brush. I'm getting a Smithfolio in the mail today, too! Here in Washington state, it's kind of a mix of casual and dressed up for concerts. The last concert I saw was a month ago -- Iron Maiden!!! Washington is the same as Michigan w/summer -- it will stay light till 10 p.m. I thought that was so odd when I first moved here (almost 20 years ago). Then in fall/winter, of course, it starts getting dark at 3 p.m. or 4 p.m.

I'm near Cleveland and seems like most shows I go to the girls get pretty dressed up. Depends on the show I guess. The handful of times I saw Wednesday 13 there were definitely a lot of crazy outfits and makeups. Side note/main note: I am in love with this look! That eye! 😍

I saw Tribulation open for Deafheaven a couple months back and it was by far the greatest show I have ever been to. I personally prefer my Doc Martens or a pair of platforms for concerts. Depending on the genre most people here (Denver CO) wear band tees and skinny jeans but dress it up with makeup or accessories. At metal shows all the guys have long scraggly hair and black clothes with leather jackets and lots of people wear goth makeup. My signature concert outfit is black high waisted skinny jeans, a strappy black bralette (sometimes a mock neck top) and my jean vest covered with patches and buttons. Hope you had an amazing time! Your eye makeup is GORGEOUS. I'm going to see Periphery in April, which is more like progressive metal, but I listen to all kinds of metal. Never heard of Tribulation, but I'll give them a listen! I normally go for something in the middle of casual and dressy. I wear band tees and skinny jeans or shorts, with a flannel shirt around my waist, but I will accessorize the SHIT out of it. Choker, and longer necklaces, earrings, a beanie, and some smokey full face makeup. I'm going for a grey/neutral outfit this go-around, so I kind of want to try this look because the red eyes will really pop against the outfit!

I'm from Milwaukee and when bands come to The Rave people just wear band t's and jeans. The girls wear about the same but there are a few that wear dresses or skirts with low shoes. Really depends on the band playing though. Enjoyed this

I have a question for anyone who knows, any feedback is appreciated lol. I absolutely LOVE putting black pencil liner in my waterline but my eyes get watery through out the day plus my oily skin can get intense even around my eyes despite using primer. By mid day my eyeliner has shifted and moved and it looks horrible! I've even tried using black eye shadow to set it. Any tips???

I do have a tip for stopping the watering eyes! If you apply a warm cloth to your eyes for ~ maybe 5 minutes? Your eyes will not water. Unless you have something like an infection? This trick won’t work if you’re sick. I’ve noticed since I started doing this regularly- my eyeliner doesn’t smear! I used to apply a kohl pencil before applying a waterproof pencil liner & then- setting that with a black eyeshadow. Still- my eyes watered so much that it smudged! Since I’ve been applying the warm washcloth trick ~ nothing is moving! 😍 I hope that this helps? And - if I misunderstood the assignment? I’m really sorry 🙏❤️

I live in LA, and some girls do dress up for shows. I used to go to a lot of shows years ago, not so much anymore (I'm old), so I don't know what it's like now. Back then I always wore boots. Since I was always in the front near the "pit," there is no way I could wear heels. I'm not a heels girl anyway, but I don't think I ever saw girls wear heals. And if I did, it would be one girl out of the hundreds. I do wear lots of makeup though. Especially for shows, because I feel like you can go all out, and really heavy. P.S. I love your jacket!
