Congratulations on your new home! My husband and I went through a similar experience when buying our first home - there was a snafu with a Friday afternoon bank transfer and we ended up not only not having keys, but also not having insurance on our house for a weekend 😮. Very stressful! I can’t imagine how unsettling those hours were for you both. I’m glad you feel so much more comfortable in your new place. For video ideas, I’d love to see your blush combo faves - best powder to go with creams/liquids, etc. I like to set my creams with powders, and I struggle to find compatible colors and finishes that work well together. xoxo

Congratulations on the new home. We had a similar experience with selling our old home after moving out of town for my husband’s job. We had a buyer under contract but they backed out last minute because they decided that they wanted us to turn our pool system into a salt water pool. Of course we said no way we have already redone the pool in pebble tech and put in a new system a few years prior. They were also insisting that we get a permit for an addition to the house that we didn’t do. We were like we bought the house with no issues so it’s not going to be a problem for you. Luckily we had decided to rent a house in our new city so we could take our time and build a new home.
