Thinking of you and sending hugs. I struggle just with one as Freddie is a handful so you are doing amazing with two. I have been in a very similar situation as you so know how you are feeling. Sometimes you can feel anxiety from trauma in the past, even the last year has taken its toll, even though things have been getting better you prob didn’t have time to process it all at the time, just going into auto pilot to survive and then when you get a hiatus in the stress that’s when the anxiety can hit if that makes sense. Focus on your positives and the strength you have as a woman, Self care and things you enjoy away from being a mum. You got this 💪🏻.
