The performance has a 20th century precision and a 19th century romanticism at the same time. I cannot imagine this was recorded more than 50 years ago. Thanks for the generous upload of this real treasure!

Wow! That passage at 7:20, like lightning! I’ve never heard anyone pull it off like that! Who else would dare? I’ve heard so many performances by the greats, so many wonderful interpretations, whether with orchestra or piano (like Enescu’s). This is a singular performance! Fantastic!

This reminds me of my teen age 1960's. I bought this LP and listened when I feel melancholic mood.His nasal consonant tone is matched with French works.Thanks for posting.
