- 1 tsp chili or pepper
- 1 bunch chopped chives
- 14g dried shrimp
- 2 tsp fish sauce

- 500ml boiling water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp chives
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- crushed chili
- salt if needed
