What I like about JJ is that he's an EFFECTIVE communicator. Look at how he effortlessly explains exactly how they lost and what he and the team needs to do better. That's what a coach is supposed to do, communicate with the team and improve.

Noone questioned his basketball knowledge, but being a coach is about more than the X's and O's. People had questions about his ability to lead and command a locker room and the other intangibles. So far he's proven he has exactly what it takes and more.

the reason why they lost this game is because lbj had a really poor shooting night, if he shot just average, they would have won easily, but you cant expect lbj to be great every night, the others just need to play better, in games like this.

the difference was Lebron who sucked all game chucking it at the end. AD, AR, and Rui carried them all game while Lebron played like he was barely trying. Then in the last minute Lebron takes every shot. It's too bad nobody will call him out for it.

@@jynx464 oh please. you're the one lying. he missed a few big shots towards the end and especially one that was crucial from deep. they had like a 20 pt lead without lebron and when he came in they lost it. same at the end of the game. I don't even hate lebron but you have to be some lebron stan to be making up your BS like he wasn't bad. and when you're bad you have no business taking the big shots if you care about winning.

I see LeBron getting rid of JJ, just like Ham. JJ took the blame because he didn't bench LeBron. The moment jj bench LeBron the media will turn the Lakers against each other. It's apparent back to back games effects how LeBron plays. No way we win a Championship without a bench, and trust me, all the games LeBron don't play, not having a bench will be our downfall, it's about viewership = making money this season.
