I lost 13 pounds in 11 days doing this. Im on the 11th day. I lost 7 pounds the first week without working out . I drink one in the morning and one at night. And I eat one to two healthy meals in between . I eat a low carb diet . Protein (mainly chicken , Turkey, fish with vegetables is what I eat.) I started working out Day 8 and I saw the increase. You do need to workout AND eat right to see optimal results. My goal is to lose 50 more pounds. I am not a fat girl but, I am bottom heavy with thighs , hips and alot of backend. Ill keep yall updated with my journey. Drink plenty water too. This doesnt make you cramp to the bathroom but, it will make you regular with bowel movements everyday. Also, I dont get hungry until about 4 or 5 oclock doing this. Smoothie keeps me full. I love it so far. I recommend you guys to try it. God bless!

save citrus peels ( I keep a gal bag in freezer then make a pot when I have enough). Put in slow cooker covered with water or on slow pot on stove . Cook for a good while to extract the flavonoids. Freeze the cooked juice as ice cubes and add these powerfull flavonoids to your tea and drinks as added cancer prevention..

I have started this on 4/3/2023 as a juicer and I drink 8 oz either in the AM or PM once a day. I can say this is very tasty and it has flushed me out, and I love it. I have seen results. I actually lost weight in my face area and a few inches in my stomach area. I have a lot of stomach fat. I also work out 3/4 times a week along with cavitation and RF every 3 days. Just be consistent. Detox, drink plenty of water, and pray have faith. You will see your results real soon. Don't give up.❤❤

I did English cukes, ginger, Granny Smith and honey crisp apples, one lime, pineapple and i juiced them and boiled the pineapple skin in vita coco coconut water with pineapple and I couldn’t keep it in the fridge because my 6’3 245 27 yo son consumed it like it was a treat!!

I just started this today. I use the same ingredients as you, only I just used spring water instead of coconut water, and added in two sticks of celery also. My sister did this for three months and loss 66 lbs. She also exercised and ate chicken, fish, or turkey with steamed veggies and or salads. After seeing that, I HAD to give it a try.

I must admit. I did NOT know what to expect from this drink as I do enjoy each ingredient separately. However, I substituted the water for coconut water. I did wash my pineapple, “peel it” and boiled the skin in the coconut water. I followed all of the other steps, but also added about 2 tablespoons of organic honey as my pineapple was beyond bitter. When you drink this you DEFINITELY want to use a straw as the pineapple and lemon is LOADED with acid. I poured mine on ice and I am currently drinking it as a “night cap.” The drink is on the thicker side and I do NOT recommend straining the drink as the thickness would like make you feel full (idk, just my thought). I have a ninja blender and though the drink was still rather textured (something I DESPISE) it is tasty.

Put it in a regular blender you'll get a smoother texture. The ninja blender makes it have too much roughage. Or use one of the single use ninja blender cups.

I made this juice two days ago and I already lost 2.2 pounds. I drink 16oz in the morning on an empty stomach and after my last meal of the day. It was good for 5 servings. The ginger makes it taste very strong, so the first day I had to add more water to my serving. The colder it is the better it tastes. I added two tbsp of apple cider vinegar too.

It actually worked well during the time I detoxed. I only did it for about two weeks, but it cleansed me out without cramping. My skin was glowing, too! I didn't lose much weight but definitely felt a difference in my clothes. I'm going to start soon and try to do it for a longer period of time this time.

Even showing the whole process was good. lol No kidding I've seen many show real time for slicing pineapple etc. Makes me want to jump out of my skin. I did not know how easy it was or how to manage the skin of the pineapple. Thank you! Is it possible to incorporate something with this to reduce stomach bloating and maybe a light diuretic? Fruits, vegetables and meats stop acne completely. But you also have to get rid of all that junk you eat that’s highly processed with coloring, and high fructose corn syrup such as all candy, soda, juice and chips and cookies. If you can’t handle that. It is better to learn how to make it at home! I’ve been eating regular sugar and baking doughnuts, cinnamon rolls and cookies. No acne in sight. Just have to make it yourself!

I just made this drink ... delicious! I may have added too much ginger as it's pretty spicy. I don't have a container to put the extra juice in so I just put the blender jar in the frig :-) Thank you for your excellent video. I searched several and liked yours best. I think boiling the pineapple skins and adding the juice later is the key!

I use a Vitamix blender which I purchased from Costco and its an easy clean up! you just add soapy water and blend on high for a minute and it cleans up real nice. I also boil the core of the pineapple for the Bromalain which is really healthy with 4 cups of water. Munch on the core pieces but pour the water after boiling the core into your mixture added benefit!

Love this video! Do you have any suggestions on products to use to help with clear skin (daytime and nighttime routine). And moisturizer and sunscreen to use to keep dry skin at bay. I have combination skin and are pushing 40 years old. I want to have health skin along with a healthy body.

Okay new friend ( if I may call you ) I have added pineapple detox to my list. I'm gonna start off with organic ( so they say ) bone juice and plain apple sauce since I just finished a 3 day water fast so I know God confirmed this direction in time perfect timing in finding you. I plan to update with you in 3 weeks and one day my starting weight @241 lbs.😊❤ sincere thanks!!!

I soak mine in vinegar and give it a good scrub with a boar bristle veggie brush that I purchased from Whole foods. I do this and rinse very well.

I would slice the lemon remove the seeds and blend the lemon with the skin on.

Great video. But if it's not organic the skin may contain harmful pesticides so it's not recommended to use.

Pesticides aren't living organisms that can be killed. They are chemicals and their properties change when introduced to heat. Organic is best for any fruit/veggie when you're using the skin or peel.
