Ingredients: 1) Cucumber (X1), unpeeled cut into thick sliced chunks. 2) Ginger Root, (X1), unpeeled, cut into slices 3) Lemons,(X1), squeezed, save liquid/juice for last. 4) Pineapple, (X1), peeled, cut into slices. Transfer pineapple peels into pot, add water; cover and boil, then strain and leave it to cool down. Directions: Put cut Cucumbers, Ginger Root, and Pineapple into a blender. Add Pineapple peel water. Blend on high until all ingredients are mixed into liquid form. Poor into a larger Pitcher. Add the Lemon Juice to Pitcher. Stir well to combine. Enjoy!

I've lost 5 lbs in the first week then I lost 16 lbs the second week. My second week I exercised everyday for 30 minutes at home. Then I rode my bike with my toddler everyday. I ate raw fruits and vegetables. No sugar, bread, diary products or starch intake second week. 1st week I ate pasta and chicken salad so that's probably why I didn't loose that much in the first week. Then I ate ice cream one day because my toddler and husband wanted it and my weakness lol. People say you can eat anything but that's not true. If you want to loose it has to be healthy eating. Make sure you exercise as well. At least 30 minutes a day. Many blessings to everyone.

@@duane1677 I make about 2 liters worth of juice every 5 days. 4 cucumbers, 10 lemons, 4 whole pineapples and 1 ginger root. I use a big cooking pot when boiling the pineapples hugs. I drink it in the morning around 6:30 a.m. before I start my day. Then I drink another glass before I go to bed. I didn't eat anything after 7:00 p.m. my last salad because I ate raw fruits and vegetables would be around 6:00-7:00 p.m. Good luck it actually works with exercise.

For everyone asking for specific details regarding recipe measurements, how many ounces to drink, can it be refrigerated. I would suggest using half the cucumber, one lemon, half the ginger, and half of the pineapple. Boil pineapple peel with 1 cup of water. After blending all ingredients, strain it before drinking. Then whatever amount of ounces you get, drink half in the morning. Store the remaining half in a mason jar and drink in the evening. Remember keep it simple.

I started a 1200 calorie a day diet recently, and so far in 4 weeks I have lost 15 lbs. I started at 220lbs and as of this morning I am at 205. I do moderate exercise so I will have a calorie deficit by the end of the day. I walk or ride a stationary bike. What is key for me is I only drink water (both still and carbonated), coffee and tea. No sugary soda. This works for me. My goal is 30lbs and I am half way there.

@@gailwalker8703 HI. I use My Fitness Pal to track my foods. Usually a smoothie or yogurt for breakfast. So go for 200-300 calories for breakfast and 300-400 for lunch and dinner. Throw in a few snacks like nuts, cheese, or fruit. Most important track everything you eat

She unfortunately does not include times and temperatures, critical components of any recipe. Therefore, boil the pineapple skin for 5-7 minutes then let simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. Then strain the pineapple water and add to the smoothie mixture.

Update...so I lost 14 lbs but to be completely honest the last time I weighed myself before I started this was April 1st, which means I cannot logically attribute all my weight loss to this one week period (didn't have a scale at home). So I am gonna keep using the drink from this point and see if there's anymore weight loss. I try to let this drink replace breakfast and dinner cuz it is filling enough for me so I kinda only have one full meal for the day which is lunch. I also added 1,000 skips a day to my routine. Wish I had the option to add a pic to this post

In Jamaica we leave pineapple skin and ginger overnight in hot water, sweeten to taste the next day. We've never boiled it. Also we grow our own. You need to be mindful of pineapples that are imported because they are coated with a protective wax. On another note, for colds and flu we blend the entire lime (this is more common here than lemon), along with ginger and a piece of pineapple, garlic is optional as well as honey if given to children for that sweeter taste. But hey, if this helps with weight loss then great!

I drink one green smoothie a day with kale, spinach, blueberries, strawberries, organic coconut oil, and lime juice. I also eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each meal 500 calories minimum and the one large smoothie at night about two hours before bed. I eat, everyday, good proteins, carbs, and fat every meal. I went from 240lbs to 161lbs with zero workouts/sedentary lifestyle. Smoothies are awesome and really gets those nutrients in. 16lbs to go but I will continue my smoothies and may even start doing two a day more consistently.

I 100% recommend this drink for losing belly fat! I’ve tried for 3 different stints and the first time I tried, the first couple of days I lost 1.5kgs with low impact exercise (walking). I’ve been so addicted to using this drink that during my 3rd stint I managed to lose 11kgs in 2 weeks by eating healthy and regular workouts. Remember everyone’s body composition is different so don’t be discouraged if you don’t see results as fast as you’d like. In my opinion it works!

Today 6/21/21 - I am proud to announce that I have gone from the low 200's to the mid 180's. I eat healthy - so there's not a lot of meat in my diet. I enjoy a steak on occasion. Have cut back on chicken and pork. I do like Tuna salad and my favorite snack is Peanut butter on rice cakes . I drink plenty of water , at lease 32 ounces per day . I do not drink soda or any carbonated beverages . My ultimate goal is still 35 to 40 pounds away. Truthfully I have told other ladies in need of dropping a few pounds about this drink; so yes I highly recommend you give this a try.

@@samanthamitchell7582 going strong with the intermittent fasting. So far I've lost 13 lbs in all since last month. Like I said the shake was nasty...lol..try the intermittent fasting. You eat for 8 hours and fast for 16, or you can start with eating for 10 hours and fast for 14. Whatever works best for you. Exercise with that and you will lose weight in no time and reshape your body. Good luck 👍

I'm no one's Dr nor pediatrician. I just make suggestions. In your case things like green tea with caffeine, breathing exercises, foods that produce low mucous. Honey, ginger, peppermint, turmeric, garlic etc. Exercise at a low moderate pace. Elliptical, recumbent bike, walk the treadmill or just walking while doing breathing exercises. REMEMBER......the body is naturally designed to heal and repair itself with the proper care, rest and attention. God bless

I did this drink 2 night ago, I used a lime instead of a lemon and I strained my drink. Honey I drink it at night and it literally felt like everything I snacked on was being desolved from my stomach! I was passing gas, water weight was gone and I popped the next morning. This is a powerful drink, I only drink 1/4th of a cup. I'm gonna keep it up and do my Billy Blanks excercises to target my stomach.

I just made some today from a video I seen from another creator. I made it for my 12 year old son who is having constipation issues and stomach bloating and stomach aching. I had him try it when he got home from school and he surprisingly liked it🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 HAPPY MOM HERE 😃 I just knew I was going to have to coax him to drink it. He’s already on a second cup!! @@inahsantiago4640 I have a suggestion... at Walmart/Aldi's/ and other grocery stores they have a medium sized bowl of salad with everything you need in it in it's own separate tray on top. Meat,cheese,salad dressing, and it even comes with it's own fork! It would be very easy for you to eat this during your night shifts. I buy about 5 at a time and they have all kinds of different ones...chicken caesar,fiesta,BLT,cranberry walnut...etc... plenty of choices for your taste buds. Just eating those alone I lost 10 pounds...whenever I get hungry I just grab one and can dispose of everything when finished...very neat way to eat...lol. Hope this helps

I did this 3 years ago for a little less than two weeks and lost 15 pounds .. kept it off for a year. I felt refreshed and healthier. Going to do it again. I felt the best I’ve felt in a while when I did it. It works. I drank at least two cups in the day, lots of water and a big healthy salad for dinner. Sometimes with meat protein but sometimes not.

As ginger is a root veg alot of nutrients are in the skin so you are better off not peeling the skin..... similar to carrots, potatoes, turnips etc all their skins should be eaten after a good wash

30 pounds in 2 weeks? I don't know how safe or accurate that is. Someone we know lost 30 pounds in 2 weeks...and turned out he was ill. I would have to look up losing that much weight in such a short amount of time...But the juice looks delicious. I just need to lose about 10 pounds, and boy is it hard! I will pray about it!

Okay, I rarely comment on KZbin videos but I am so thrilled with the results of this juice. I lost 1.5 kgs in one week and that's a miracle. I have an incredibly slow metabolism and it is very hard for me to lose weight. 59 kgs now. Will continue with this detox drink. My aim is 50 kgs. Once I reach that goal will post again. 😊

@@zainabbhaloo8404 yes, I eat very limited portions. My lunch is light, for instance a slice of bread. And for dinner, small portion as well. Food control is adsolutely required. The juice makes you less hungry though.

I'm living proof that I have been doing this exact juicing recipe for a week now and I only lost 1 pound thus far. I eat one meal a day ( midday) and juice all day too. I'm going to keep going and see what happens. I walk 6 blocks everyday because I'm disabled and unable to do anything else.

You didn't get belly fat over night, so you can't lose 30lbs in two weeks. You need a diet, structured and personalized diet. Create it by yourself or make one online (NextLevel Diet for example). There are other options as well, try to find something affordable and sustainable for you. Do some form of exercise 3x/week and you'll be fine. The site I mentioned also comes with home workout plan, not that challenging but definitely helpful. All the best!

Losing weight and keeping it off takes time. This is SUPER strong i just made it and i advise you to only add a few slices of ginger at the beginning so you can work up a tolerance. I added the same amount as her and my throat almost died. I added a banana or two and various other fruit and i could not get the smoothie to taste better. So less is more in the beginning. Just a heads up.

I tried it and i really lost 1 kg. I drink it cold with ice cubs , i like it mor that way. I drank it yesterday in the morning before eating and then in the evening before sleeping. It also gives you a lot of energy and you feel healthier already. I dont understand the comments that say that you can not drink this smoothie because its very miserable. It works... moves the bowels🤣 and because you have to eat on an empty stomach, that means your also intermittent fasting.... I stopped eating at 6 pm so I drank it about 10 pm and I drank it again around 7 am and because I’m busy at work and can’t eat till lunch around 11:30am then I get off at 5 and would eat leftovers or something.... then repeat the cycle. I must say the first week my smoothie lasted for 4 days and was thicker so I started loosing 2-3 lbs/day after the second day of drinking..... it’s like drinking a smoothie with jalapeño day 5 I made the smoothie to last 7 days and added more pineapple water ( totally slowed down the process ) so I stopped.... I start back tomorrow and I have a thicker smoothie and healthier food since it includes a fast. I’m gone take pictures and the scale and that should make a difference.... another update coming y’all.

I started today! Can't wait for 2 weeks results. I'm trying to loose my pregnancy weight. Currently 216lbs. Want to get down to at least pre pregnancy 190lbs. Goal weight is 160! Will give 2 week update.

Same here girly. I have my daughter months ago and I just couldn’t get the weight to go anywhere! I started taking b12 injections this week and have already lost 3 1/2lbs no exercise and no dieting just because Of my schedule. But I plan to start getting more active after works and on weeks and to eat less junk for now on so I can loose more.

9/3/21: I came across this, so will start from today. Current weight: 178 pounds 5'4" 32 years old female. Wt was checked at 5am after eating. I'm currently fasting, so I will open my fast with this drink at 8pm. Will not be eating or drinking anything during this time. 9/4/21: 175 pounds. did not have the drink yesterday as after eating at 8pm went to sleep, then woke up 3am. Chked wt on empty stomach. Ate around 4am and fasting again. Made the drink so will have it before bedtime tonight. All the ingredients gave me 64oz of juice. I strained out the juice after blending. 9/5/21: 174 pounds. Not fasting. Did not drink juice last night. Will have one now on empty stomach.

Just made the drink. Not as bad of a taste as i though just dont chew unbleached bits- Ima also do 30-60 minutes of workout a day. Ill try to keep yall updated on my results in reply!

UPDATE. not sure if I did something wrong or maybe because every body is different but this only made me lose 2lbs in the whole two weeks. I drank it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and right before my daily workout or before bed. It's really a bummer because I had high hopes this drink has gone viral and it seemed to to be giving good results to mostly everyone that has tried it and then there is me. I exercise everyday and even changed my eating habits before trying this so I thought it would work...oh well I'm still going to continue drinking it I actually like the taste.

Try British race walking if you can ... if done properly it helps trim off a lot of flab around the midsection and thighs ... the proper way to do it is heel-toe heel-toe with a wide gait where the legs are stretched , but you're putting a lot of effort into walking quickly ... the shoulders need to be back and the rib cage lifted up off the hips so that when you walk quickly your midsection will swivel and help burn and sculpt off the fat . Cutting down on the starchy carbs and sugars will also make a big difference . Synthetic sugars are worse than using brown sugar . Do you drink beer or other alcohols ? They really contribute to belly fat . Also a lot of westerners especially Americans are not burning fat as quickly because they simply don't have enough of the right kind of iodine ... let alone iodine at all in their diet . Try to buy Lugo's style iodine ... rub a little bit of it where you have fatty tissue so it can absorb better ... might as well rub it on the abdomen ... I like Ojio brand ... do not ever put it in your mouth and this is not the kind you use for cuts . you can go to the channel of Doctor Group who explains about the importance of iodine and he sells his own kind which you can put in your mouth but it looks a little pricey to me . the iodine helps rev up a sluggish thyroid . Too many people are told by doctors that their thyroid is close to the Border of being sluggish but not enough that they need help ... some are saying the doctors are giving wrong information ... but you probably will feel better if you try the iodine . Also , do you eat high fructose corn syrup ... I'm convinced it is the number one reason we have overweight people in America
