Thank you for tuning in, Lanae! It depends on what my goals are. I usually always fast in the mornings, throughout the week. I don't go hard as I used to when I had major weight loss goals. But I still like to drink them to ensure I'm receiving the amount of nutrients my body needs, a good body cleanse and other benefits. Sometimes I may forget to eat or I get too busy throughout the day, So drinking these are very helpful! keeps me filling full when I need it. So, like I said it does depend. But, they are very good for meal replacements and breaking the fast in the morning. I always recommend at least drinking a wellness shot first thing in the morning. A pineapple detox juice 30 minutes before the first meal or lunch.

Great video thanks, however, I ordered this juicer a week ago and have not received it yet; they say 3-5 days for delivery. I have no tracking number from Canoly and no one has returned my calls I’m just trusting this is a legitimate company. I realize Amazon has me expecting quick delivery so I was just reaching out since you inspired me. I got a 10 percent discount not 15! I’m in a health challenge need it soon. it's not I have it and it gets stuck , it's hard to clean it's been sitting for 2 years I'm my cupboard so I'm thinkin about selling it lol ! I'm so mad about it and the cx service is terrible
