If you mount your steering column with a slotted bolt area,you can use a 'quick-release' bolt to adjust up and down for all your Family.Darn nice cart Greg.Glad to see everyone is trail ready now.

Have the same one, put a Honda TRX engine on 6 speed transmission with reverse, and 12in wheels, had to put 4×3 offset on the front so they don't hit the top a arm

I wouldn't get rid of the PCV if I were you... because that helps prevent oil loss to blow-by that would otherwise just push itself through the crankcase breather filter.

I've always felt that that style of kart could benefit from a nose elongation. Just a whisker wider rear, longer nose, probably 30 cm longer and a squat stance. We call them midget karts around our parts. :))

I got a similar Kandi GoKart. Has a 150cc GY6. It keeps shredding belts. I've done everything. Replaced the variator and clutch with the exact OEM ones, checked the pulley alignments, checked for burs and discrepancies, checked cover and filter, using Gates Power Link belts and they're the correct size, tried different slider weights and springs. I've watched the belt cycle throughout the RPM range with the side cover off and it operates correctly. I've read every forum, and seen every video. No one can figure out why it's shredding belts in less than an hour of riding. It's very frustrating. This thing operated perfectly for years and now it just collects dust because it eats belts. I'm probably gonna sell it. :( it's a shame too.

Probably because the clutch spring is not allowing the clutch to open and close correctly.. Throw the clutch in the trash and buy another one along with a new belt. . It will be fixed... When those clutches get old they kinda seize and wont properly open and close allowing the belt to ride up and down.

I highly recommend rebuilding the roll cage. They are too narrow at the top. If it ever rolled the occupants head is not as protected as it could be. I have a Batman 200 I did this to. I lowered and widened it, added a little rake to the roof line. I feel more protected and it looks great too!

Starters on thr gy6 tend to leak oil into the electric motor part because the starter is basically inside the engine and the crank case pressure lets oil inside the cheap seal used in the starter shaft

That is a modern cart that can be bought "NEW" today from ...www.saferwholesale.com... for around $1800. These have the GY6 150cc - 200cc engines, designed by HONDA. These are indestructible. And, there is a TON of cheap(inexpensive) performance goodies for the torque converter and ignition, and carburetor, and exhaust. You have to have a foot on the brake or it wont crank over. Safety stuff.
