I do different tests on other videos. Here’s and overcurrent test. kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5LJe4Z9j7N3nKMsi=MffJDR6yszFdb18D Overcurrent tests are usually pointless on the cheap batteries. Sadly most trip on thermal and don’t actually have BMS overcurrent.

Nice to see what it looks like inside. I picked up this battery to run a small trolling motor on my kayak. It only pulls a maximum of about 20 amps so this should work fine for my needs.

Just take the B- out, flip the box on mattress or pillow and 1 quick shake down will make the pack de-glue and drop. Made a project with one of these and it came with the above mentioned method. Also, I never could get the Overcurrent to engage, which was concerning for me. I completly removed blue plastic from cells and all QR codes were unreadable and cells look Grade B at best, slightly swollen. For the price though, possibly worth it, time will tell. Try Feuruect 12v 100ah if you can next. I openen one of those up and cells look in much better shape.

Definitely recommended conservative underrating protection devices if using this product. 50A-60A breaker may suffice due to small wire and many reports of this BMS not behaving correctly. No way I’d run 100A sustained through this unit. Low amperage/storage capacity uses should be ok. Or cell harvesting when the price drops. I’ve seen it as low as $139.00

Well it is not a bad quality but I am not happy about the under sized wire. But other than that it seems to be a decent budget battery. Thanks for a honest review!

Has its drawbacks. But for an open minded person that wants cheap “storage batteries” it might fit the bill nicely! Almost impossible to even buy the cells and a plastic case to build your own at these prices!

I'd be happy if that gets at least 5 years for the cost.. the fake daly bms gave it away thats its just a used reject cells I bet like most companies do and say this and that 5000+ life cycle 🤣 .. just a pain to get warranty since they are over seas and shipping this kinds of battery is expensive and will take months to get a replacement I bet 🤣

@@THEOFFGRIDMOUNTAINHOMESTEAD haha.. i bought a 12v 100ah on ebay and it was heavy and i open it and had lots of small round cells.. after some cycles i can only get 95 to 97ah lol.. had it for 3 years now i abuse it on my trolling motor still works great but its only at 92ah now since i did let it die flat shut down mode by bms.. so far so good and i only use like 30 to 45ah when i use it for trolling motor so it should last me a while still..its just heavy at like 25 pounds lol... ill get a mini 12v once this battery is kinda done for but thats going to be maybe in the next 5 years or so lol

what a deal... I will be upgrading some solar soon. gonna have a lot of thinking to do when the time comes on what direction to go. Been lookin at Signature Solar products a lot lately. Any thoughts on their Solar Mini Splits? Hope all is well.

My $.02 I’d go with a standard high seer unit. 25 SEER+ model from a reputable manufacturer (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Bosch, Gree etc.) and run on standard off grid inverter or grid power. Less complex and easy to get parts locally for a common model mini split. Hope this helps.
