You can do it! It's never to late to start playing guitar and with budget guitars getting better and better, it's really a great time for guitars! WestCreek DC is an inexpensive guitar I highly recommend!

I have been waiting for someone to make a video on it. I finally ordered mine a few weeks ago after I saw I could get it for about $120 bc it was the last one (pink) just got it yesterday. Wow I’m super impressed with mine. It feels good and was pretty much ready right out of the box. Great quality and it sounds amazing too.

nice guitar brother! i found that the lil saddle allenwrench pushes them stubborn strings thru nicely.... looks like roasted maple on the neck...looks sweeet! i have a hot pink squier standard tele...modded a bit and sweeet!

KGD is another great budget guitar similar to Fojill. Fojill has bigger frets which I prefer.

So…I bought two of these at once from Amazon. One has Phoenix wood for the body, and the other is basswood with a roasted maple neck. The roasted maple version cost $99, shipping and taxes included, and the non-roasted neck version for about $88 with taxes and shipping. They’re pink and blue. I figure one of them will speak to me more than the other, or one of them might have quality control issues and need to be returned. They’re cheap enough that if I like both of them, it won’t break the bank. I’ll block off the trem on one and float the other. I haven’t received them yet, so I can’t speak to my impressions just yet.

@@MotorRoseMusic Yeah, I'm definitely putting a loaded pickguard with alnico v pickups and upgraded pots and wires in it. I'm also putting in a Guyker vintage bridge with bent steel saddles and a big heavy block. And I'll put copper shielding tape in the pickup cavities. This guitar has great bones, but it seems the electronics and bridge are where they cut corners to keep the price down.

Good move. I'm happy with my $95. However, this guitar needs work. The dead fret is not a nut issue. I raised the saddle a bit and that helped, but it's an uneven fret. I'll fix it and I have off-white pups to put in it. If I can get the fret in line and the pups are good, I'll be happy, especially since it weighs under 7 lbs. I've sold guitars and operated as a regional repair tech for multiple companies for decades and it is always eye opening to see how most guitarists are just plane boring folks who wear boring shoes, lead a pretty reserved liife and lack self confidence to the point you can't give em a guitar that isn't black, brown or sunburst. They then play weekend gigs where they mostly stare at their feet and never move an inch on stage like they are afraid of their shadow while holding a guitar that looks as boring as they look on stage.🤨

Wish these cheap but good devs would have been around in the late 70s. There was no inexpensive gear then. Imo, that "Strat" sounds good to me and looks sharp. I like the "brittle" bridge pup sound, but I'm into clangy mid 60s garage rock, maybe that's why. The small amp that comes with this (per Amazon) looks really sharp, even though it might not be that great.
