There are many fun yet cheap things/activities you can do in Tokyo! This time I went to a fishing hole in the center of Tokyo right next to Ichigaya Station of the JR Line.
It cost only a total of ¥850 including all the gear I needed so who says you can't have fun on a budget in Tokyo, Japan.
Tokyo has so many fun and cheap things to do and I hope to share more of that here on my channel. Also, if you get sick of the fast pace big city like me, you don't have to go far out of Tokyo to escape it.
Enjoyed a peaceful and fun afternoon fishing here after work and people from all ages visit this place so check it out if your interested :)

Let me know some of the fun things you have done recently!
& enjoy the rest of your week ☺

Thank you so much :) I love this different side of Tokyo - it's more everyday and local lifestyle I think. People don't show much of this on the internet so Tokyo is perceived as "Harajuku, Shibuya" and all those big cities.

You were really excited to see all those fish. lol. Because there is no barb on the hooks, it is easy for the fish to slip free. Though I did some fishing in creeks as a kid, I never got the whole relaxing thing. That would be someplace to kill an hour or so, also if you wanted to enjoy a good spring day. I sometimes go find a good shady spot and relax while reading a book.

Would you know if this is true? We thought , if we run out of seats then we can just buy the 18 kippu from tokyo to kyoto so its still cheaper than shinkansen. What can u suggesr? Here's an inexpensive amusement in Tokyo: Take the Yurikamome from Shimbashi to Toyosu (or the reverse). Sit at the very front of this automated elevated monorail as it glides over the Rainbow Bridge and through tall buildings of Odaiba. It's even better than the train in DisneyLand because it you are riding in a real robot instead of amusement park ride. Since there is no operator you can sit at the very front of the train and watch the single track disappear under your car. It's quite enjoyable in the evening with the building all lit up.

There are so many fish there, I wonder if you could just scoop one up with the net without even using a fishing rod ! ha ha. Tokyo is such a busy city it is good there are opportunities to relax and go fishing. Maybe in the future you could do some other videos on places to relax in Tokyo, such as gardens ? I see you can even go kayaking in Tokyo, although I'm undecided about how pleasant it would be. What are some other ways to relax and enjoy the outdoors in Tokyo ?

Can you talk about your days as a business worker in japan? I'm currently in business and would like to know how your experience went and why you left. If you want to, of course!

I would've never thought that you can go fishing in the middle of the Tokyo, especially after spending a few days in some most crowded places in the city :P

haha, there are a lot of hidden spots in Tokyo! It's literally got everything but people just don't show this side on the internet much cos it's "boring" I guess. I love it though :D

Maybe it's got everything because back then it was many small cities/villages that grew and suddenly were joint and created the huge city of Tokyo..? ;p I love hidden places! Keep showing them! :D

There is so much fish in the pond, you wouldn't need to use the angle. You can just scoop the catch net thru the water!
