I have tried this, but I can’t reach 100% break pressure since the foam don allow it to reach the full length of the pedal, so i don’t know what to do, if change the settings or adjust ir more. What sould I do?

You should never need 100% brake pressure. You'll always lock the tires under 100% braking which you don't want.

This method will not work. When you turn on the pedals are calibrated. After the first click, the minimum and maximum values are determined. If a gasket is installed, the maximum value will be less. The pedal has decreased, but it reaches a numerical maximum.
