Very sweet looking neighborhood Walk-About Wayne. You know, I live in Spokane Wa USA, with a population of a little over a 1/4 million, and I have never even begun to see or know the whole of it. I mostly just transverse my own local area with my bicycle, { my only ride } except for when I need to take a bus. They got big doings here, but I never attend them. I could really help those proprietors out with some color and design. I have a background in it. Such a sweet woman with her "Buddha room". For the money it seems veey reasonable...i mean where else are you gonna get a roof over your head for much less for that but i just wouldnt be able to wake up to that colour scheme everyday... a little bit of paint would make them so much more appealing to rent for me personally

For those of us who are looking to retire in CM its interesting to get an idea on accommodation and price etc. For me personally i would have to have a little detached house as in the past I've suffered with inconsiderate neighbours so I'd rather pay a bit more to guarantee a quieter home. But hey we are all different........ Hope the lady gets some tenants as she seems nice 😊

Studios are pang but 1 and 2 bedroom are a good price and so quiet area away from all the hustle and bustle. I would definitely look for somewhere like this when I move out in a few years 👍👍👍👍

Nice one Wayne. Definitely preferred the second studio as the kitchen looked a better set up, notwithstanding the fact the furniture in place adds to the appearance. The bigger two bedroom excellent too. The last one an multiple levels, interesting set up for just being a one bedder. Great value all of them for sure. Great work!! Cheers mate. 🤩

agree 100%. the kitchen on the second studio just seem more functional with it being more of a square than an elongated rectangle below.

I think you really should mention noise to newbies on this channel because they have no understanding of this issue in Thailand. I'd rather live in a dump that was quiet instead of a mansion that had noise all the time. It really is that important.

Thanks for sharing! That's the kind of area I would like to live in when I retire. And I liked the upstairs studio and apartment since they where light and bright. The 2 downstairs reminded me of the "bomb/shelter rooms" we had at school back in the 60's. Too dark for me.

Good location but the layouts are rather discombobulated and some different paint would help also..ultimately livable, good protection from the rain..how far from Kad Farang ? 🙏🏻🇹🇭

It was too expensive for the standard I think 😂She seemed lovely but the price was too high and the building seemed very neglected. For example you could live in D condo or somewhere for around 7000 baht right? or random condos around santhitham road for 3500 baht with ac

Yep, it was a bit worn. I liked the upstairs one. You could find a budget room in the city yes and D Condo for 7 to 12. That's if you want to live in D Condo though. It was good to show another place a bit different again. Cheers Ross 👍
