my rule since 2009 and teaching my guests for cycling was easy: look what MOST of the guests (take with) are eating and take the same. most change it is fresh as a lot of throughout, mean most nothing from yesterday. look the oil, if dark ... go, look the kitchen, if looks dirty ... go

This video is great entertainment for all Thais. I am so impressed that foreigners trying to speak the local language the best they can. Reminded me of a few years ago when I went to Paris and with my 2-3 years French knowledge, the French will not give me the time of day! So a Farang teaching another Farang trying to order Thai street food is actually cute especially when Gary showed that the only way to pronounce the word "Aow" correctly is the pinch yourself! I can't help remember the old Thai proverb......'Mother crab trying to teach baby crab how to walk straight!' Please don't get offended, but I actually love both Gary and your Thai accent. I always though one needs to know the melody scales because Thai words pronunciations are exactly that but you two seems to take it to the next level.

Padthai might be popular among the foreigners but in Thais' eyes is just some ordinary dish and you hardly find an genuine and authentic taste one even around Thailand. Some other menu that I'm more proud of is "boat noodle" Kuay Teao Ruea Nam Tok which truly deserves a national dish status.

Just a quick comment on the Thai words you wrote on the screen. Tea: Cha Yen (not Chai Yen) Ice: Nam Kheng (not Nam Khen) Mango: Ma Muang (not Mut Muang) Please confirm with Miss P. Looking forward to seeing the remaining 16 provinces.

Mung beans aren't the highest in proteins. Soybeans, lupini beans are higher. Obviously they are prepared and served differently, but per dry weight, mung bean is surpassed by several beans in terms of protein content.
