I buy small dust collector coz my old dust collector sold, i need buy new dust collector. This is local brand, i buy with good deal price but i suprised the build quality is good. in future i will upgrade machine and hose.
i know standart shops need 1200cfm this is only 600 cfm but i think this is enough for me now,

I am sooooo glad you bought a dust collector. You are young with healthy lungs and medical science has shown how dangerous wood dust is to the lungs. My brother suffers from the long-term effects of exposure and now has trouble breathing. I look forward to any modifications you make to it. I have a Dewalt Table saw like yours but more open and it has come down to me enclosing the saw to get the best suction from my dust collector. Congratulations on the new machine!

A different shape adapter for your table saw would probably make suction better. 90 degree corners do not let dust go fluently to the hose. I am jealous of your 3D printing skills and a printer !

@@plywoodworking Ah saya yakin bukan karena kurang diminati tapi karena mungkin kita belum nemuin aja videomu ini gan waktu itu, heheh. Saya sendiri baru beli2 powertools-nya gan, baru mulai. Dan ini channel paling favorit saya karena tutorialnya jelas, material juga pake hmr yg mana tersedia di Indonesia, gak kyk channel tutorial luar yg kualitasnya mirip(ada versi Jepang) mereka pake Baltic birch yg mana gak avaliable di Indonesia.😅 Saya rasa hmr alternatif Baltic birch yg bagus buat table karena flat surfacenya, tapi gak tau sih blm pengalaman heheh. Tunggu aja gan, mungkin juga cmn masalah waktu aja sampe orang2 indo ngeklik video2 agan dan subscribe.👍🏻

I have same collector, can I take off filter bag and just run hose directly into sealed bucket??

I recommended making a 2 step dust collector with thien buffle or cyclone more powerfully and practically, dust comes into the bucket not dust bag

I have an identical version (Harbor Freight 1hp) but after rigging up my system, mounting it to a wall, I've started using it, and notice the motor gets realllly hot. I set it up with a 55 gallon steel drum for a cyclone. And instead of a bag I have it blowing outside through a 4 inch pvc pipe. So it should be perfect as I removed all airflow restrictions and dampened from it. I'm curious if I got a dud.

How well did just running it outside improve flow? About to do same thing to mine. I think the bag is a restriction.

@FLEXXIN_ Daily Tje way I understand it, for a vacuum like a dust collector, it creates a pressure that needs to be evenly balanced at intake and outflow. But I tried with the bag and other ways as well. (The bag was new, so not very effective in filtering, and it had more airflow than it would have once dust could fill the pores on the dust bag. Bags, just like HEPA filters, need some particulates to fill holes in order to maximize filtering.) And I tried with nothing on the bag end, and it pulled more volume. They say that shouldn't be the case, but it was a pretty noticeable difference. So now I'm using a 5" flexing exhaust that is designed for a portable Air-conditioner. I have that coming of my outflow (where the bag would go) and bending 45° to the wall the outflow vent is mounted on. It works great! But one thing I did that also helped was to mount my intake facing downwards, so it can pull upwards from my dust collector drum, and have the collector outflow horizontally facing to the right side. I originally had the exhaust horizontally facing the wall outflow, but it was too much of a pain to set up. Lol.

Kagak kuat klo dicabang sampe 3-4 unit coz mesinya ini cm 1 hp klo diganti mesin 1.5hp ato 2 hp bisa, pernah cbain cm turun ke 2 inchi min selangya, klo reducer bs pake acc pipa ada kok
