Nice conversion! I have been curious as to why no one seems to have cut the rudder off and reconfigured the horizontal stab into a "V" tail and use taileron control for the elevator and aileron. Radio mixing aside, this would seem simpler, slightly lighter and less drag if it would work. I may need to try this just to see if it works.

some info. at 1:53, any free-flight model Must have nose-up deflection/trim built into its horiz-stab. evidence of this is Seen in the fact that, the main wing and horiz-stab openings, are NOT Parallel to one another.!!!!!! thus, conversion to rc Must, either, Eliminate this built-in ANGLE (and replace it with a movable elevator); or use LESS aoi, at the stab. googletranslate

at 5:12, when ailerons are added onto the trailing edge of an otherwise complete airfoil, the airfoil is Changed; to a not normal state. the use of full strip ailerons is not recommended. on a model, a control surface Should have the shape of a Parallelogram!!! at 5:24, horiz-stab correctly made level. while (the Mass of a) servo is STOOPIDLY located at the tail!! covering the elevator with regular monokote, INCREASED its Mass!!!! Significantly. by, maybe, 50 PERCENT. that is NOT smart. googletranslate

i reckon the extra weight helped the plane overall, it was originally 49g and then was 120(iirc)
@roberttperez115311 ай бұрын
The rear added servo weight is fine due to the fact that a considerable amount of weight was added to the nose of plane. The battery, receiver, ESC, motor, and mount balanced the plane rather well. As far as the wing foil the difference of shape is very little on an rc plane. Especially a small plane. Wing can be completely flat and it'll work fine. Air foils are very important on actual real man flown planes for lift due to the size of wings and airflow. One last thing. If you don't have anything good to say you shouldn't say anything at all. Rude remarks show how you need to work on yourself. Face and heal from how you have been treated in such manner. Don't treat others rudely if you're having a bad day, or have been treated rudely by someone else. The people you let out your anger are not at fault and didn't do anything to you. If anything find the person or situation that caused you to feel angry and deal with it. Resolve the situation so you won't get angry or feel hurt. If that's not possible then it's better to release your pain punching a pillow or exercising. Find a place where you can be alone and scream as loud as you can is another option to make you feel better. Peace. Great job to the one that build and made video of rc plane. Congratulations.
