Love the electric kettle. We used to take trips to Canada when we needed a new one! So gald they have them stateside now! Yes, small dog(s)/white couch/lots of velvety white blankets! So washable and easy to find at great prices at Ross, etc. \ The dome lamps, I was considering tryna make one or 2 from metal bowls maybe for bedside tables. Cool we don't even need cords now, cuz...cordless bulbs!

In UK we just call that a kettle! But going to see the National in Glasgow at the weekend who mention teakettle in their born to beg song! Now I get more of the lyrics - thank you! What came to mind about the softest thing I ever felt as you were describing the throw blanket were the ears of my Dalmatian dog , Otis - so beautifully soft!!

It’s on the back of the chair I’m sitting in. I’m a blanket person too. I don’t need any lamps. But the smart light bulbs would be nice to have.
