Beautiful! Love the sparkly! So once it dries you can’t reactivate with water? Why???

Hey Cindy… you can… but it’s kinda difficult. It’s because of the ratio of mica in the pigment mixture. The mica dries very hard and is tough to reactivate. Not impossible… but tough. Thanks for your question and for watching! 😊 Julie

I'm new to wc and don't know a whole lot about the medium....yet. What I'd like to know is why would anyone buy a paint that can never ever be reactivated again? If you accidentally squeeze a little too much then you're done. And that would be me :(. I'm not criticizing, this is a legit question. I would just like to understand about this particular paint. Thank you.
