This is such a waste of heavy medium!! People don't do this. Use a silicone adhesive instead, it is cheaper and will hold waaaay better.

My artist friend and I are always experimenting with materials. She suggested Fabriano when we were Gelli printing, and it works fabulously! Great explanation! @UsterKoolageArt

The Fabriano Artístico Soft Press has been my favorite watercolor paper for years. It handles details and glazes wonderfully. The texture is perfect. There’s nothing else like it. ❤

I fell in love with the Fabriano soft press paper a few years ago. It's so lovely to work on in watercolor. I'll have to try the hot press paper next. Thanks for the info!

I had seen somewhere that the "soft" finish had been discontinued? Can you clarify that it is still available?

Yay for mentioning the soft press! I picked up more in the Boone store last week. My friend @katryalls6323 introduced me to it last year and I love it.

Those brushes are my most favorite brushes yet they're unavailable in my region, sadly. I have the number 2 brush, I always find an opportunity to use it! Wait, I saw the country of manufacture, I AM IM MAURITIUS why do I not get them?? They're only available in Mr Bricolage and at that, once in a lifetime!

Janet, I love your work so much!! I’ve watched and bought lots of your videos and love all of them. I want to know how you keep your paints goopy in your palette. (If anyone else has any tips I’d appreciate it!)

I got a weird color, Brown Pink. It's more yellow than anything. I got it on sale and knowing the name, I couldn't pass it up. Seeing it here gives me ideas on how to use it.

Very nicely done. I paint watercolor. Underpainting has helped me a lot. I do not go out by myself. Always have a fellow painter along. Thanks for the inspiration. Will try to do more. Plan to head your way in October and do some painting, sketching and shopping at Cheap Joe’s. Love coming down to Boone.
